Gallery Visit: Jennifer Schwartz

It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to produce an interview, but this week I got to visit Jennifer Schwartz at her gallery. We talked about the “Kindred” show, with work by Kisa Kavass and Lori Vrba, selected by Atlanta Celebrates Photography Executive Director Amy Miller during last year’s “Fresh Perspectives,” and also about recent changes at the gallery. “Kindred” is beautiful and meticulously crafted work. You should go and see for yourself.

There’ll be a party at the gallery on June 5 to welcome new gallery director Ron Hughes, formerly of Composition Gallery. This video is also available on Vimeo.

[Many thanks to AR contributors Ryan Nabulsi and Ashley Easton for their help in putting this together. I’m looking forward to new microphones arriving today! Goodbye AC hum!]
