Wentworth Gallery is pleased to present two art exhibitions by acclaimed actress and artist Jane Seymour. She will make two special appearances at the Wentworth Galleries in Phipps Plaza and Perimeter Mall, Atlanta, GA. “Jane Seymour: A One Woman Show” includes original oils, acrylic and watercolor paintings, as well as limited edition artwork, all available for purchase. Guests will have the opportunity to see Ms. Seymour on both days.
When Ms. Seymour is not acting, writing, producing, designing, or “Dancing with the Stars,” she can be found painting in her Malibu studio. She began painting over a decade ago, prompted by a period of personal challenge; with her art becoming an expression of a very private healing process. Over the past sixteen years she has created an intimate world of delicate watercolors and colorful vibrant oil paintings, and has accepted select private commissions including official artist of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Her art also serves as inspiration for her designs that include an exclusive collection of handbags and accessories. Countless fans remember her through her roles in films such as “Wedding Crashers,” “Live and Let Die,” and her Golden Globe awarded television roles as “Dr. Quinn” in “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” and as “Cathy/Kate” in “East of Eden.” She resides in Malibu, California with her husband actor/director James Keach and their children.
